Lady's Moon Time Pancakes

These tasty banana pancakes are perfectly balance for women following a seed cycling protocol to help manage their periods and fertility natural. Don’t worry men you can enjoy them too!

Serves 1

1 ripe medium/large banana

1 egg

1 tbsp ground flaxseeds

1 tbsp ground pumpkin seeds

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp baking soda

Dash Himalayan sea salt

Coconut oil 

Mash banana and fold in the rest of the ingredients.  Heat a nonstick skillet and grease lightly with coconut oil. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of batter into the skillet and cook until bubbles appear. Flip the pancake and cook on the other side, until golden. Repeat with remaining batter.
