Dr Ivy will educate you on aphrodisiacs and naturopathic remedies for the sacral center, then we'll physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically work through anything that stands in the way of our divine right to pleasure, joy, and sexy spirituality.

Chakralesque is a burlesque-inspired dance workout through the seven major chakras and into a guided energy healing meditation. You receive distance Reiki as you dance! This class will have you feeling grounded, empowered, joyful, rejuvenated, and deeply connected with yourself and your purpose in the world. Created by executive coach and professional opera burlesque artist Kacey Cardin, PCC, Chakralesque is a one of a kind workout for your body, mind, and soul.
