Adopting a “baby” for at home brewing

Kombucha brewing is fun and great way to save money on this healthy habit.  All you need is a “baby” also know as a SCOBY (symbiotic colony of bacteria), tea, sugar, a jar, and patience.  My “babies” are the offspring of a “baby” given to me by my mother.  They have been raised in a completely organic environment.  You can order for a pick up at our West Village office in Manhattan or Carroll Gardens Brooklyn or ship to anywhere in the US.  At only $15, you will easily recoup the cost in your first batch.  If you have any questions about kombucha or your “baby”, please email  kombuchanyc@gmail.com
