We operate as a self-pay, out-of-network practice to provide individualized, root-cause care without the constraints of insurance company mandates. We provide itemized superbills upon request, which you can submit to your insurance carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement. You can also use HSA/FSA funds for your consultations, recommended lab tests, and recommended supplements.

Some conventional blood tests ordered through major diagnostic laboratories (such as Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp) may be covered by your out-of-network insurance benefits. Specialty functional testing (e.g., DUTCH hormone testing, SIBO breath tests, advanced stool analysis) is typically out-of-network and billed directly through the lab with transparent direct-pay pricing.

Consultation fees cover your comprehensive clinical evaluations, intake reviews, custom protocol design, and direct practitioner guidance. Specialized functional lab tests (such as SIBO breath tests, DUTCH hormone panels, or GI-MAP stool testing) and professional-grade supplements are billed separately. However, package members receive guaranteed discounts (10% to 20% off) on all practitioner-grade supplement orders placed through our Fullscript dispensary.

No. While our physical practice is located in West Village, Manhattan, we offer virtual telehealth consultations across New York State and to international patients. You can complete your initial consultation, review functional lab results, and receive personalized care protocols completely online from the comfort of your home.
