For this episode of Mental Health Monday, I had the privilege of talking with Dion Flynn, a writer, speaker, improviser, comedian, actor, and an army veteran who teaches and practices mindfulness through improv.

Improvisation is all about learning to say “YES and…” instead of getting tripped up by the unknown. But as an improviser, it is important to move through the unknown without a script and thrive. Flynn takes this approach and applies it to life. Watch the video below!
