Naturopathic Wellness Wednesdays: Shiatsu

In this Wellness Wednesday’s episode, I am chatting with Phoebe Binah Bodkin, and she is here to to discuss the work that are done in Binah Healing Arts.

Phoebe Binah Bodkin trained in the healing arts in Hawaii at Maui school of therapeutic massage and also under the teacher TJ Frank in Bhaktiatsu, a heart-centered shiatsu practice. She was also a performing poet in Hawaii during that time. She now studies Judaism in Crown Heights where she sees clients at her office, Binah Healing Arts. She helps clients physically, emotionally, and spiritually with shiatsu, poetic channeling, energy work, as well as additional support thru neurofeedback and biofeedback technologies.

Some questions Dr. Ivy and Phoebe will be answering in today’s Wellness Wednesday include:
- What does shiatsu help with?
- What is poetic channeling?
- How does Judaism intersect with your practice?
- What is it like to do this kind of work as your avodah in the world?

If you have heard of shiatsu and poetic channeling but aren't sure if you want to try one yourself, watch the video below and listen as we talk about how Binah Healing Arts can help you.
