The fabulous Kacey Cardin and I created this class around the heart chakra. Yes this chakra is about the heart but it also governs our respiratory and immune system. So I am excited to share with you some of my favorite herbs for immune and respiratory support. Just in time for cold and flu season!

Chakralesque was developed by Kacey and is a burlesque-inspired dance workout through the seven major chakras and into a guided energy healing meditation. You receive distance Reiki as you dance! This class will have you feeling grounded, empowered, joyful, rejuvenated, and deeply connected with yourself and your purpose in the world.
