Blissful Sleep Workshop: Cultivate aPerfect Night's Sleep

Do you long for the perfect night sleep? Do stress and a busy mind keep you from resting peacefully? Then join me and Atthena Breitton, RYT-500 of AtthenaYoga for our sleep workshop. Come learn about the science of sleep and enjoy deep relaxation exercises, yoga, and meditation that will melt away your tension and stress. Finally you will be able to have the sleep of your dreams! This restorative evening will be hosted by Airweave the leader in sleep enhancing mattress technology.

In this workshop, you will learn about:

  • The of science and benefits of sleep
  • The main causes of sleep problems
  • The main things you can be doing get a good nights sleep naturally!

Following, you will enjoy deep relaxation exercises, yoga, and meditation to help you into complete ease and blissful slumber with Atthena. We will then share light sleep enhancing refreshments provided by Macrobiotic chef, Natsuko Yamawaki 

At the end of the night, you should have the sleep that you’ve been dreaming of!
