Crab and Pineapple Stuffed Avocados

Pineapple is a source of bromelain, which is a natural antiflammortary that helps with muscle recovery. Crab loaded with B12 and minerals like zinc and selenium

1 cup fresh Pineapple, finely chopped
1⁄2 cup Crab meat, cooked
1⁄2 cup Cilantro, chopped
1⁄2 half Small red onion, finely chopped
1 Jalapeño, finely chopped (optional) Salt and pepper to taste
2 large Hass avocados, cut in half lengthwise with skin removed

Mix the first five ingredients together. Salt and pepper to taste. Fill avocado halves with mixture and serve chilled.
